Leeds city centre is thriving and popularity never seems to wane. There has been huge expansion of housing in recent years particularly on the increasingly popular waterfont where there are a number of very competitively priced flats aswell as some very exclusive apartments and penthouses.

Headingley

Headingley is the student and young professional capital of leeds. Housing is a mix, ranging from resdiential family housing to older terraces to social housing estates. Headingley is very good for amenities including pubs, bars, cinema, restaurants, shops and is also home to the Leeds Rhinos and the famous Headingley Cricket Stadium.

Chapel Allerton

Chapel Allerton is fast becoming one of the most sought after areas in Leeds. It has a diverse population with a vibrant centre with designer shops and some very popular restaurants and bars. Chapel Allerton is often seen as the more mature headingley for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle and is great for commuting to Leeds city centre.

Horsforth

Horsforth is and always has been a very popular area of Leeds and is reflected in house prices being above average. Horsforth benefits from good amenities, particularly around town street and has a train station which is very handy for getting to both Leeds and Harrogate.

Roundhay

Very popular suburb of north leeds, housing is fairly expensive here and as a result Roundhay has become very popular for house and flat sharing. Again, amenities are very good here especially around Street Lane. Roundhay Park is well looked after and one of the biggest parks in Leeds.

Kirkstall

Situated next to Headingley, Kirkstall has really transformed in the last 10 years. The excellent amenities comprising Vue Cinema, Virgin Gym, various restaurants, pubs, leisure centre and swimming pool have attracted the overflow of students from Headingley and young professionals attempting to establish themselves on the property ladder.
